The IT-Guru Laboratory, represented by Infostroy Ltd. together with the Informatics Department of KHNURE, organized and held the Young IT Genius Competition.

Young IT Genius is a first time in Ukraine software ideas contest among students of the 10^th and 11^th grades. The goal of this competition is to discover the most talented secondary school students and to give them opportunity to show and develop their talents in the field of information technologies.

The profession of IT specialist is the one most in demand on the labor market of Ukraine, and the need of IT specialists will keep on growing.  Participation in the competition is an important step in the career of IT specialist for all young, talented, ambitious and dedicated pupils. Taking part in the Young IT Genius Competition not only challenges them to show their abilities as future IT specialist, but also gives them the ability to use their contest work during learning process to pass a number of study courses related to information technologies.

On April 14, 2012 we held the final stage of Competition and awarded the winners of Young IT Genius 2012 in the following nominations:

2. The bravest desktop application idea
3. The best application idea for smart phone with OS Windows 7

CeBIT 2012 – the largest trade show in the world dedicated to the IT sector will be held from March 6 to March 10, in Hannover, Germany.

Infostroy has taken this opportunity to showcase our abilities in software outsourcing services, our innovative software products and to open up to new European markets.
