“Medical History” System
Modern information technologies provide new possibilities in storing and managing patients’ medical histories. We have implemented special applications for registration of patients, for creation and storage of electronic health cards and medical history. This helped specialists significantly reduce time for filling out different documents. Data encoding as well as HIPAA standard application (used in the USA) guarantee the safety and privacy of the information.
We have developed various systems which allow users storing medical information in data base, preparing different reports and give the ability to generate complete medical history. Our systems have been developed as intranet applications with secure access through web site, with ability to store medical information into files for reading on any PC.
Users can print the information for selected family member, send it via email and save to HTML files. This file can be saved to any data storage device and used on any computer where HTML files reading is available.
For defining medical information we store Height, Weight, Group of blood, Rhesus factor, The list of operations made to the patient, The list of chronic diseases, The list of diseases transferred by the patient, The list of hereditary diseases, The list of artificial limbs and implants, The presence of cardio stimulator, Allergic reactions to medicines, Allergic reactions to outer irritants (flower pollen, animal wool etc.), The medical conclusions as for the supervision, Ultra sound diagnostic results and data, X-Ray diagnostic results and data, Tomography data, Electrocardiography data, Endoscopies data and a lot of other information.
In our systems we provide special subsystems customized for medicine workers in particular area. This means that each specialist deals with his or her own interface designed especially for their needs.
