The system includes sections for product management and the control of product availability in the warehouse. Also incorporated into our system is specialized software developed for the support of remote PDA devices. This feature allows managers to prepare product orders directly in the warehouse, sending them to the central database for processing.

For this application we developed a highly focused automated system, combining the functionality of both CRM and ERP into one package. It enables the complete automation of the whole workflow within a publishing house, including preparation of reprints and full integration into the accounting system “1C Accounting”.
