Automatic Reflexodiagnostics System

Automatic Reflexodiagnostics system is for conducting diagnostics on the basis of Y. Nakatani method. We have developed a measuring device as well as the necessary software.

The systems allows for conducting express diagnostics on the basis of Nakatani method and processes the results in order to identify the general state of human health, which helps to efficiently control the treatment process of a patient. The device is very compact (125x65x30

L x W x H mm), has Bluetooth for communication with PC and makes very exact measurements with electric currents of 12.6 Volts, 200 mA by the Y. Nakatani methodology.

The system is provided with a very detailed. Help Guide which can give answers to questions on how to use the system as well as on the medical background of how to interpret and

use the results obtained. Software is developed for the Windows operating system on C# with .NET Framework 2.0.

Hospital Booking Service

This application is developed for use in hospitals. Application is based on the concept that a Patient can ask hospital for some services. When a Patient requires a service, he/she inserts personal and request information into “Waiting list” till operator performs “service assignment”. That means that assignment is based on the Booking system of the patient to the required service. Booking is based on “Events Calendar” schedule. Each Service must have a “booking slot” based on a set of property, so that operator can assign each patient to specific slot. System provides the following features:

Patient Sanitary Document Management

PSD project is the management solution for all Patient information during his/her Hospitalization. The PSD is a complex object composed from a lot of information pieces that can be for example: General information, Family Sanitary History, Pathologic Sanitary History, Exams results, Visit results, and other info.

Patient can be registered N times in Hospital and he/she will get related to him N PSD, but, some information is “Patient-related”, that means that information is always present into each Patient Fascicle (PSD), for example registry/anagraph information and some history information, in other words all the information that is permanent. Some other information instead is specific for Patient Hospitalization course, so it relates to his/her hospitalization motivation (i.e.: exam, visit, operation, and so on) and his/her hospitalization course (date, therapy, and so on)

Application permits a full management of PSD from the beginning, patient registration, till each phase of Fascicle management. Different phases of application require a third party application interaction. For example, Patient acceptation, or Laboratory analysis, so PSD application must interact with them to get and record information. It can be in different modes:

• WebServices Mode, if third party application gets an exposed WebServices
• HL7 Standard interaction if the third party application use this way of work, a standard highly used into Sanitary domain
• Direct access interaction, where perform some read/write query into external table will be performed (all query will be supplied from customer)
